This is what  makes Auckland Special.Auckland is  a beautiful place where lots of tourist  come to visit and see the nice places.It is also  one of the most best places too go when you are in New Zealand it is also the biggest city in   New Zealand. It also has a tower in the city which is called the sky tower.The sky tower is the largest  building in New  Zealand and don't tell you do not want to visit it.I am very grateful that I live in Auckland or else I would have not met all my friends and I might not be here today so I am very grateful that I live in Auckland

2.In China New Zealand is an Approved Destination status but for short you can call it ADS.
It means that china can go visit New Zealand in a big group for a holiday but they need ADS approved before they can go.

On Tuesday My class went to the basketball court to learn about tennis.There was some body there to teach us and his name was Peter.


We first played a game to see who could get the ball firs.t and after playing the game he taught us how to  serve it probably  and stuff.We also took turns versing each other with the bats.There was not enough room so some people had to stand behind us  until it was their turn.We played tennis for 20 minutes before we had to go back inside.


I really liked tennis and I enjoyed hitting the ball.

The Torture Of Learning How To Dance

On Tuesday our class went to the multipurpose room to do some hip hop.We had to go because they said we are playing video games to much like fortnite and stuff.First we did some warm up dance moves that made some of us saw from one of the warm up moves.After that we played statue and the two winners of that game was Alamoni and Agueer. After that she taught us some dance moves but I only liked three of them.Some of the dance moves were not even dance moves for me. Dance class  was fun kinda do I want to do it again yes.

Road Saffeety

For the last two weeks we were learning how to be road safe when we are on the road or in a car.We got to make an ad or a poster to show how to be road safety.There were six groups and three were doing a poster and the other three were doing an ad.We had until the next Friday to finish the poster or ad.My group were doing the ad but doing the ad was way harder then I thought.after the two weeks we got it done but our teacher had to edit because we ran out of time but after we finished it was time to present our ads.Our ad did not win but I think we did good.Enjoy

Yesterday room 9 and 10 went to room 11 to look at the new issue of a Toi Toi book.There was 8 people from Toi Toi that came to tell use about it. After they were done talking we got put into groups and split into different  classes to read the Toi Toi book.

                                            The book

My favourite Toi Toi story was the phionex. The book was telling us how a boy saw a Phionex and he was describing what it looked like.At the end it said he stepped on a branch and the phionex heard it and the phionex flew away.

                                 What I thought of the book
The book was really cool. I also loved the picture that was drawn I liked how he described it.I know the story is not real but I Like to think it is real.

                                                                   



     
                           

Family bowling

On Wednesday I went bowling with Riiana my mum and I.We went bowling just to have some fun.The other reason was a family outing.  

The place we went to was called extreme.Once we go inside extreme we went inline and we paid for our lane. All the lanes were being used so we had to wait for our lane.

While waiting for our lane we went to the vacuum store  to check the our vacuum because it was broken. After checking our vacuum we went to McDonald's.After we had our McDonald's we went back to extreme.

Once we got back to extreme we got our score card an put on the bowling shoes and went bowling.My mum once the first one to bowl and she knocked a lot of pins.On her spare she almost knock them all down but only one was standing .it was my sisters turn and she got some down.When it was my turn I knocked down lots as well and so on.After we finished bowling the score my mum got 59 my sister got 70 and I got 75 WOO.I was happy even though I won by 5 to my sister  but for my mum I won by 16, I was happy that I won.

After that we took off our bowling shoes then we went to the car then
 went home.Going bowling was really exciting and winning it made me happpy

Trip To The Museum

On April the 11th 2018 the year 5 and 6 went on a trip on bus to the museum to look at the the history of ANZAC and look at the people who went and risk there lives.We had to go to the top floor to see the ANZAC stuff.We saw the people who risk their lives for us,weapons,the bases they made and the war ships.I was more excited to see the weapons they used.The first exhibit we went to was the people who risked there lives for us,there were so many names up there.The next exhibit we went to was the vehicles they used which was my second favourite.We saw the war ship that they used and a life size torpedo that was really large.We also saw some weapons they used which was my most favourite.After that we went to a exhibit that only had a statue in it,pillars and a hole they allowed us to see the bottom floor but it did have protection around it, I would probably put it at my least favourite for emptiness.When were going pass some exhibits we saw a spitfire.after 2 hours of the museum we went back on the bus and went back to school

1.Start from the middle of the basketball court.
2.Now take 7 steps to the senior netball court .
3.Then face to your right and take 10 steps
4.Look turn left and take 45 steps.
5.Once you have done that look to your right and take 9 steps.
6.You have reached your destination.

1.Leave the gate  walk across the crossing and then turn right
2.After you did that once you did that go straight and that will take you to Erima ave
3.Once you get to Erima ave and turn left
4.once you did that walk straight  until you get to the Pt England crossing
5.When you get to Pt England crossing walk across it
6.Once you get across turn left and start to walk straight  again
7.When you are walking staright you will see a blue building  next to a swamp and that is the Glen Innes pools

Today I will be writing  how to draw a portrait of your friend.

1.First you need something to drawing on.Then you need to grab a pencil.

2.Next you will need to draw a circle or a head.

3.Then draw a line near the top of the head once you have done that drawing another line near the bottom of the head.

4.After you have done that draw some eyes near the line you can draw the line however you want. 

5.Once you have done that then draw a nose above the bottom line.

6.When you do that draw a mouth on the bottom line like the mouth and nose you can do the mouth in any style you like.

7.So when you have done the mouth you can do the hair .You can make the hair how ever you want or you can make it look like your friends hair so it actually looks like your friends hair .

8.So if you have finished your friends hair or the person you are drawing you can add detail to the face,nose,eyes,mouth and hair

Best of Friends Part One

In a small down called Dem vil lived these two boys called Zack and Pat.These two were the best of friends they never got into fighters , They never told each other secrets and they also like to talk with each other.They normally  got in trouble because they always talked but they still talked.In 5:00 in the morning Zack woke up getting ready for school he went for a shower, ate breakfast , brushed his teeth and went off to go to Pats house. Zack went to take the short cut that him and Pat made because that short cut is a quick way to get to Pats house.On his way to Pats house he looked down and saw 20 dollars. Zack Picked up the 20 dollars and went on his way to Pats house.When he got to pats house Pats house Zack did the secret knock that they made so Pat knew it was him.Pat came and opened up the door and they both went on there way to there school called Midows. On there way Pat said "I have been looking for my 20 dollars that I good but I can not find it at all its like some body stole it" Zack remembered he picked up 20 dollars in the secret path way and he realised that was Pats money but Zack wanted to keep the money so he  didn't say a word. Once they got to school the bell rang. in Zack and Pats class the first period is always maths so they went to the maths class room. When they got to the maths class room they went to their desk and sat down.Their teacher Mr Sam was teaching about money.Mr Sam asked this question "Jimmy had $60 dollars and he dropped 20 dollars" when Sam heard 20 dollars he started to feel more guilty when he heard "he dropped $20 dollars" he started to feel more guilty.After the maths period Zack had an idea to sell the 20 dollars to get all the guilt off of his chest.

After 6 periods school was over and Zack was happy because he can spend the $20 dollars at the dairy across from there school.He ran to the dairy but he forgot about Pat.When he got to the diary he didn't know that pat was watching him from across the road.Pat walked across the road to go see what Zack was doing and once Pat got into the dairy he saw Zack buying lots of chips,lollies and drinks with  $20 dollars. Then  Pat figured out that Zack took the $20 dollars.The second Zack turned around Pat was right there standing with a extremely angry face. Zack said in his mind "Oh no" and then BOOM Pat Went off like a fire work shouting in the diary because Zack took the $20 dollars Pat said "YOU TOOK THE MONEY AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT BACK YOU THIEF I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY BEST FRIEND I WAS SAVING THAT FOR SOMETHING BUT NO YOU GO AND TAKE IT THIEF" Zack said "sorry dude can you forgive me we are best friends after all,Pat then  said "we were friends" and stormed out of the dairy with people looking at  Pat and Zack. Zack felt sad and chased after  him trying to make him change his mind but Pat ran home. Zack wished he didn't pick up the 20 dollars in the first place.Every time Zack tried to change Pats mind Pat walked even fast and faster till Zack made him run.Once they got to Pats house pat quickly opened his door then slammed it,Zack knew he was locking the doors because he could here the locks. Zack started to sheed a little tear because he started to feel way more bad.


The next day Zack went to school Mr Sam said "Ok class Pat wont be here because he has changed all of his classes so Zack  you have to go to fillips group until we get another person so you can go to there group".Zack said "oh no I made him switch classes what was he using that 20 dollars for".Zack was thinking how to make it up to Pat for taking his 20 dollars.After school Zack rushed back home thinking of a way to make it up for Pat for spending the $20 dollars.Zack then had a idea. Zacks idea for making it up to Pat was to get some money. Zack then called his plan code 20. Zacks plan was to make a lemonade stand and to get 20 dollars.On Saturday Zack got his supplies and made the lemonade stand.After a couple of hours  Zack only got 4 dollars Zack said "At this rate I wont have enough money to repay Pat.To Be continue

Hello my name is Frank and today I will be telling you a description on swimming.

Swimming is a type of athletic sport you can use it to train your body also you can do races in swimming.Swimming is a fun sport to do because it feels like you are flying.Swimming is also a survival  skill because swimming can teach you how to not drown and it will also teach you how to survive in water.Swimming is also a good way to cool down your body if you are steaming hot.If you don't like to do physical sports that can hurt you can just do swimming.
