Kayaking At White Wero Waterpark

On the 9th of August we went back to White Wero but not to raft, we went to kayak.

Before we started kayaking we had to put on the swimsuit  shoes, life jacket and helmet.

Instead of it just being for an hour we got to kayak for 2 hours.  I enjoyed kayaking even though  I tipped over but luckily I was not the only person that tipped over twice.

Countdown Is Going To Stop Selling Energy Drinks To Children

In early September, people will need to be 16 or older to buy energy drinks.

Countdown said they are restricting energy drinks due to high levels or sugar and caffeine in these drinks. Energy drinks are not recommended for young people and already carried warnings on packaging.

The new move has had widespread support from health professionals throughout New Zealand. Many suggesting the government should bring in tighter rules, but the New Zealand Beverage Council, a group representing drink manufacturers, said it was disappointed at Countdown’s decision.
