If I was feeling stressed I would try to get rid of my stress by watching one of my favorite YouTubers or watch funny videos to get rid of my stress or I play games with my friends.
Hey again Frank, thanks for posting some useful ideas about how to relieve or reduce stress. I also like to watch Youtube and movies to relax. Catching up with friends is a great way to take your mind off things and just being around people in general usually makes me feel better.
I like to also go for a run, read a book or simply get out of the house. That usually helps.
Hey Billy thanks for commenting and the things that make me stressed is going to the office when I don't know and going to collage because I might not be able to see my friends again
Hey Frank, those are fair enough reasons to feel stressed. Getting fresh air is a great way and a simple way to feel better again.
Basically anything that will take your mind off whatever you are worrying about. It's our thoughts that are often far worse than the reality of whatever we're stressing about. We tend to make it much worse in our mind than the actual thing we're worried about. It's all about the positive thinking!
